Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
We stand behind every Grip Rack we ship. Here's what we cover:
Defective or damaged products — If your rack arrives with manufacturing defects (miscut pieces, finish issues, parts that don't fit correctly) or was damaged during shipping, we'll replace the affected components or the full rack at no cost to you. Just reach out with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Missing components — If anything's missing from your kit, let us know and we'll get the missing parts shipped out right away.
Wrong item — If we sent the wrong product, we'll make it right immediately with a replacement and a prepaid return label.
Unassembled returns — If you haven't started assembly, you can return your rack within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The kit must be in its original, unopened condition.
After assembly — Because the Grip Rack is assembled using permanent wood glue, we're unable to accept returns on fully or partially assembled racks for change of mind. That said, if something isn't right — whether it's a warped panel, a fitment issue, or anything else that's keeping you from loving your rack — our team will work with you directly to find the best solution.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 US states. We don't offer standard international shipping at this time. If you're located outside the US and interested in a Grip Rack, shoot us an email at sam@grippusa.com and we'll do our best to work something out. Just know that international orders may involve additional shipping costs and longer delivery times.
When will I get my order?
We're a small wood shop. Every Grip Rack is cut, finished, and packed by hand. If your rack is in stock, it can ship as soon as the next business day. During busy periods when demand outpaces our inventory, orders can take up to 7 business days to ship while we build the next batch.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from there depending on your location.
We're always working to improve our lead times, and we appreciate your patience. If you need your rack by a specific date, reach out to us at sam@grippusa.com and we'll let you know where things stand.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every Grip Rack is designed, cut, finished, and assembled right here in Wisconsin. From CNC cutting to final packaging, our entire production process stays local.
No overseas manufacturing, no outsourced assembly. We're proud to make a product built by people who care about the craft.
